In questo quartetto euroamericano, colto a Vienna nel 1959, Oscar Pettiford presenta due ottimi musicisti europei, il saxofonista austriaco Hans Koeller e, oggi dimenticato, il chitarrista ungherese Attila Zoller.
In All The Things, Oscar passa a pizzicare il violoncello, strumento sul quale nel jazz non ha fino a oggi avuto rivali, e Zoller ne rileva i compiti sulla chitarra basso.
